S&P 500 extends gains to 2% and the highest since December 15

The S&P 500 just touched 3890, which breaks the 3889 high from December 21 and the range since December 15.

The bulls would like to see a close at 3890 or higher and there’s a real chance that FOMO kicks in if it does.

Powell speaks in Sweden on Tuesday and that’s the next big event for the market.
